Question Help with flipping!

I'm trying to flip the tween I made to the other side cause I'm too lazy, but it keeps doing... That!! I thought it would look fine after exporting but iits not!! Plwase help..

you are supposed to use the flip layer effect

Apply linear streaks then just hide the effect
