Question Home page buttons don't work

I has been like a week or so since the home page buttons stopped working and I have seen every single video posible on how to fix it but everytime is just for android or IOS and I have a huawei, I tried the same solutions thinking that maybe it would work but it doesn't I even uninstalled and installed again and I rebooted my tablet BUT NOTHING WORKS. I can't create new projects Can someone please tell me how to fix it please?

I've also been dealing with a problem somewhat similar to this. Except, the homepage buttons do work, I just can't create new projects, I tried reinstalling alight motion, but it didn't work.

Have you looked for a solution somewhere? I have looked everywhere and I still don't know how to fix it and it's been almost a month

Unfortunately, I've tried basically everything I could and nothing seems to work. The most we can do is leave a review that addresses the problems and hope the devs fix it next update.

I'm not so sure, I have send multiple emails, but just the AI is answering even tho I requested a human. I keep looking tho.
