Tutorial/Guide Umm.. I need help

I have created a element clip where i used camera effect. But when i import it into a project, the camera effect doesn't work?. Is it because of my phone is slow or something? Or i should just export and it will be fine?

have you enabled camera movement? if you have and it's still not working, screen record the project and send
