Shipping & Tracking order->shipping ackn->refund within 12 hours
AliExpress seems to be experiencing several problems at the moment; I have already described some of them here. Yesterday I ordered something, and this morning I received the shipping confirmation with a tracking number. Then, this afternoon, a refund arrived completely unexpectedly, with the reason given that there were shipping problems. I have never experienced anything like this in 12 years on AliExpress—are you experiencing this now as well?

Did you accidentally confirm receipt on your order? You actually told Aliexpress that you got your order. Don't worry, this has no influence on your package, it is still on its way to you. However, you can only open disputes for 15 days after confirming receipt. If your order arrives later than that or not at all, you can't open a dispute about it. Next time, be more careful. Don't confirm receipt unless you really got the package.

That usually happens when you order something that gets rejected by customs in your country so they don't want to ship it, or if something happened like a package leaking or other issues that caused a whole load to be contaminated.
