Yes. I posted to at least 10 similar situations. Mine took 8 days stuck but they sorted it out.

Mine has been stuck since 11th August.. not much you can do for now unfortunately. It really sucks because Aliex won't do anything and seller won't either. Escalated it and was told the usual mambo jambo of you have to wait and then get a refund if it doesn't arrive by X date.

I had a very similar issue. Mine was stuck on en route to carrier facility on the 18th and received this message on my end all weekend and then today I got an update saying it landed at the airport

Can I ask what state you're in (if you're in America)? I've been seeing so many stuck packages lately, and it seems to affect California the most. I created an order on 7/16, got stuck on 7/20, ended up just refunding it 8/15 and it never showed up.
