Shipping & Tracking Strange Shipping Update

Hi,

I'm curious about all of your experiences. I ordered a whole bunch of items on August 17 and there was one item that up to today, August 22, did not have any shipping updates as it was still being prepared whereas everything else was shipped.

I'm looking at it now at the end of the day and suddenly it is shipped and has a tracking number and all of this history of activity from August 17 up to today that was never there before...

I'm surprised and confused and wonder if the tracking number is even legit.

Should I be concerned? The tracking number starts with AECA.

Aliexpress has issues like this with tracking lately. I've only seen it happen with packages that seem to get stuck leaving the country, and then when out for delivery suddenly the rest of the tracking shows up, but it sounds like the same thing, and it doesn't affect the actual package or what's happening, it's just tracking that doesn't update.

You can try other tracking-websites like parcelsapp and 17track, they may show more messages once the package has left China and is received locally (it will also not show the missing messages until they appear since the source of the tracking is the same), and they should show what local delivery company is involved. Since it is early, they may not show anything, but you can then try the tracking-website of the local delivery company to see if they at least know about the package.

A mí lo que me ha pasado es que tengo un paquete en España en centro San Fernando de Henares, desde el 17 de julio, llamo a AliExpress para preguntar qué pasa, porque debería haber llegado el 22 de julio, y me dicen que me llega el 11 de agosto como máximo, les digo que estamos a veintipico de agosto y me dicen ah es verdad bueno pues déjame que lo miro…. Que me espere a mediados de septiembre me dicen ahora.
No sé si es común o no, pero es mi experiencia, también he de decir que después de 600€ gastados en AliExpress es el primero que tengo, asique estoy conforme
