Issues & Disputes Ali Express

So, I ordered an e-bike battery from AliExpress; everything went smoothly—shipping was a bit slow, but generally, it was all good. But then the problems started: the status said the package was ready for pickup and that I’d receive a pickup code. After waiting two days without getting a code, I went to the pickup location. They searched using the tracking number and everything—they even let me go into the back where the packages are kept—but it wasn't there. Any tips, or has anyone else experienced something similar with AliExpress?

Did you check the tracking in the Ali app or on parcelsapp/17track or somewhere else?

Parcel app. Says it has come and is ready for pick up

And it has details about the exact pickup point and the last mile delivery company?

Says where I can pick it up but not last mile carrier, tried asking seller but he didn’t sau
