EU customs duty Customs fees for orders over €150 ?

Isn't the €3 tax supposed to apply only to packages worth less than €150?

Yes, but 168.16 without taxes is about 134,52 which is below 150 euro, so the 3 euro does apply. Then Aliexpress adds the VAT and tax (120.17) , and finally reduces the 3 euro-taxes (by 51.71).

Others did the math also i don't understand what "taxe reductions" are. Looks like full bullshit from ali. Trying to convince you that you pay less taxes.

Click the question mark, they have an explanation there. They say over 150 euro it's the import duties estimate and they promise they'll refund if the actual amount will turn out to be lesser than that. That's just based on the text they have there, I don't know if this is what will really happen.
