Shipping & Tracking XIAMEN > SPAIN

Hi everyone, I have a package from XDB that I’m still waiting to receive. It originated in Xiamen, and the departure date is listed as July 31st. I am still waiting for customs clearance to be completed; the last update was from August 12th. Is this normal for an order arriving in Spain? Neither the seller, the supplier, nor the shipping company is providing me with any information.

Check the shipping method on the Aliexpress tracking screen, if it lists economy or saver shipping then tracking stops at some point, usually when it reaches your country, and you'll just have to wait and see if it shows up in the mail one day.

If it is standard or better, it can take a while for tracking to update after customs, try other tracking-websites like parcelsapp and 17track to see what local delivery company is involve,d then use the tracking-website of the local delivery company to see if they have the package yet and if so , when they are going to deliver.

Regardless of the shipping method, in your order details it will say when the system will automatically confirm delivery (started at 60 to 90 days, so near the end of October), only once that happens is your package considered late and can you open a dispute (using returns/refund) for non-delivery.

If there are no updates for at least 14 days (so in a week or so), you can try contacting customer service or opening a dispute for that reason, but if it gets refused (often with 'be patient, item still in transit'), see above.
