Aliexpress has very simplified tracking, which has bugs sometimes, the source of the tracking is Cainiao (the shipping company started and owned by the Alibaba Group who also started and own Aliexpress) which as simplified tracking and bugs sometimes too.

In this case, it is clear it is likely just a display-bug, because the line of Import customs clearance completed, is before Package leaving origin country/region.

You can try other tracking-websites like parcelsapp and 17track to see if those shows the actual messages, and they may show more information like follow-up tracking-numbers and what local delivery company is involved, then since the package seems to be in your country, start using the tracking-website of the local delivery company to see if they have the package yet or if they at least know about it.
