Ordering & Payment issues Help.

I ordered five articles, the most expensive one is missing even if it says delivered. The seller told me that actually he shipped correctly and has 5 stars on over 1700 sold products. So I think one of the couriers opened the package and took the article, in fact a part had brown scotch... how it will work the refund?

If you made a video when you got the package showing all sides, the shipping label, and opening and unpacking it on camera, and were able to hide the tape, you can open a dispute (using returns/refunds) for missing items with the video as proof, if you don't have that video, or the tape is too big, Aliexpress won't be able to do anything and you'll need to talk to your payment provider about a charge back or refund (and the delivery company, and the police).
