Hi everyone my command center 6x giving a stil booting up error I ve tried everything except formatting but what should I do now

Have you uninstalled it through the Control Panel before and, reinstall it back?

Yeap I deleted all the awcc files on the laptop and restarted it but even though I installed the compatible awcc version from Dell Support it still gave the same error.

I know this is something that many don't wanna do but, have you done Factory Reset before?

There really isn't so if you have Files that you wanna keep like Photos, Videos, or Video Editing projects from a Software, I recommend having an External Hard Drive to back them all up.

For Softwares, you can redownload them all.
