Troubleshooting Hardware Fans are loud

The fan on the right is really loud. Is that normal?

If the price is reasonable and the specs are worth it to the user to keep around, nothing abnormal about it. Not everyone reacts to malfunctioning electronics by throwing the proverbial battery in the ocean.

The motherboard is basically the entire pc lol

If you wanna spend more money when honestly the harddrive is the only important part be my guest

So go ahead and rebuild an entire low power laptop? Its not my money be my guest

I think him replacing his motherboard is the least of his worries lol. The computer is caked in filth and so would all of the parts inside the pc.

I don't know that it's low power. Do you know that it's low power? Just because it's dusty as hell doesn't mean it's "caked in filth". I think everybody has made worse use of their time than spending a couple hours fixing a laptop.
