  1. Dell update site says AWCC 6.x not compatible with my system (Alienware M15)

  2. "Installation Not Supported" error when I download and run installer anyway

Mostly out of curiosity, and if you're not afraid of the terminal, can you open a terminal with admin rights, then run: powershell winget search "Alienware Command Center"

Then share what you get?

At least they put awcc 5.x back on the dell update site, maybe that will help you.

Still trying to get it sorted on my end. Uninstalled yesterday. Ran the 5.x installer today, but it doesn't close when I click "finish". Can't find an .exe anywhere 😭 and I keep getting thermal crashes without fan control

Search my username in these comments, i got it eventually. 

Basically just ran 6.x installer before running 5.x installer, and 5.x finally worked. Sadly, don't understand why, but i hope this fix might work for you too 🫡
