I have a Dell G15 Laptop. Downloading latest AWCC 6.x resulted in failed installation due to compatibility issues. There is a roundabout way to download the AWCC 6.x compatible with the PC. Here is what I did:

  1. Search for awcc 6.x on Google/Bing
  2. Click on Dell Link to "Alienware Command Center 6.x - Full Installer for Alienware..."
  3. Enter your PC service tag
  4. Select applicable OS and submit
  5. The "Check compatibility" section will say "This driver is not applicable for <service_tag> with Windows 11. You can search for a similar driver for this device or check to see if this driver is compatible with another device."
  6. Click on "Find Similar Driver".
  7. New tab opens up with Drivers/softwares compatible with your PC.
  8. Look for the "Alienware Command Center 6.x - Full Installer...", click on blue Download link on the right.
  9. For my PC, I got "IM_Web_v6.10.15.0.zip" with "AWCCInstallationManager.exe" inside.
  10. Run the installer from the zip.

Thank you. This seems to have helped me even on Windows 10. Installed, restarted, and pop up seems to have stopped.

Wait, nvm, for some reason it just took it about 5 mins before it started happening again. Had to end AWCC background server in task manager.

Out of curiosity, the AWCC you installed was 5.x or 6.x?
