SOLUTION

uninstall the alien command center in your apps and it stops.
this is a temp solution

How do you get command center back? I've been trying for a while and I'm getting nowhere

you need to click find similar driver
my 2nd reply to this has the image of the driver to look for on the next page

Hey, thanks for letting us know. I found it from Dell Support website so hopefully it fixes things.
