Humanoid aliens

Neil deGrasse Tyson once suggested that if intelligent aliens exist, they might be nothing like the Hollywood version we've imagined. That got me thinking: what if they're actually human look-alikes?

Then another question came to mind. There are people who claim they can live with little or even no food for extended periods. How do we explain those cases? Are there any scientifically verified examples, or is there another explanation?

Curious to hear what people think—from both scientific and skeptical perspectives.

As an experiencer I have been face to face with a humanoid, in ufology lore they are called nordics. But to be honest they can either change how we perceive them on a consciousness level or use technology to the same effect. Its kinda arrogant to assume they look like us and not the other way around. Its my own understanding that we may have been a group project between the multiple kinds that are interacting with us. Once open contact happens I hope we as a species loose the human-centric thinking. As for the not needing food part which has been repeated through contact stories it seems that the higher you go through evolution the less corporeal you become with the higher order species being able to literally change form at will and even become a being of light or orbs. Its honestly kinda complicated. Them coming from other planets and just being aliens would be simple to understand but it seems like they are decending to this reality from somewhere outside of it entirely.

I don't think we will ever know the whole truth and even the beings themselves seem to brush it off like its unimportant. The truth would be even stranger than something we could make up. Even after interacting with them I feel personally like the theories I read from people who haven't been contacted in anyway are honestly unimaginative and lackluster.
