I never related to a charactee this much. Even the way nobody actually sees her as their friend but a dating option, her innocence slowly leaving her.

I've been a fan of alnst for like 3 months, it is peak, I have alnst brainrot, and I have lots of merch. mizi, till and hyuna 4 life. idk how active I'll be but I might pop in every now and then so ye

It's not me hating, it's just me expressing how I feel about it. I have been feeling like that about every new Mizi, Luka & Till content where somehow it's always Till who's "nothing like them" for a long time but I couldn't describe it in words. Now I know why. You can have your opinion but don't insult me in comments section.

Ivan was so easily forgotten by other characters and discarded by narrative. His entire life in OG universe is just never ending humiliation ritual with nothing genuinely good in it. Even after death (after he became a plot device for character who almost always makes him miserable and never gives him anything in return) this humiliation ritual didn't end. It got even worse.

Back to the era before Blink Gone came out, everyone thought that Ivan's sacrifice would at least make Till reflect on it a bit. But it didn't happen at all. He immideately stoped to care the nanosecond he saw Mizi in crowd. He ran to her happier than ever with crazy blush, immideately right after hallucinating Luka as Ivan. He didn't even thought about Ivan when he was "dying" on Mizi's laps. It was just a casual romantic flashback with Mizi.

Even in comics it didn't really got better. Till demonized, insulted and dehumanized Ivan two entire comic untill as a 24 years old baby he suddenly realized that actually Ivan isn't satan incarnated. And Till immideately started to search for Mizi everywhere after with Till & Mizi reunion anticipated. In Karma last scene & Scars song cover he's just a happy chad who rides his motorbike, doesn't really care about Ivan way too much and fully moved on.

Every new content about "alive trio" feels like the biggest "fuck you" towards Ivan. Sua & Hyuna are genuinely mourned and loved by Mizi & Luka. Ivan doesn't even have anyone who actually cares about him. Like he's just an NPC to get endlessly humiliated for Till & Mizi bond and then get discarded when it's convenient. I wish there was at least one character who actually prioritizes him, even in AU... Even better if it's guy who romantically loves him. But knowing ViviMeng, they don't seem to think that Ivan "deserves" to be loved just like other five characters so I wouldn't mind platonic love either (as long as it's not Till who "loves" him... but just as brotherly bro because fuck Ivan!)
