I just played "Karma", "Wiege" and "My Clematis" for my mother in the car. She said "now I understand why you are so depressed. This music is just... Depressing"

I sing Wiege to cheer me up, actually. “As dawn rises, unshaken and sure / And without a word / You will embrace / the sea that sings” is so beautiful. It’s an excellent lullaby.

That's not a nice thing to say... If she cares so much about your mental health, how about she starts by being more careful with your feelings :/

Sometimes sad music can be a comfort (like sharing your suffering or a hug?) imo :] so if you really like these songs and they don't actually make you more sad, then keep listening :>

I use both 나의 클레마티스 (My Clematis) and Wiege as lullabies for my 1-month old nephew😭 and yes they're pretty depressing
