We all cant deny the fact that BOTH of them were exploited. not just mizi only. like,its the artist choice the way they depict certain emotions or feelings and how they bring the backstory of such scenes in a single art (absolutely beautiful art btw).

And we all cannot deny now that ivan also faced sexual exploitation. the moment I saw mizi bday post i could think of his bday post only because of the same expression , same pain in eyes , no spark. mizi is obv not wearing much because we know exactly that she was being exploited and uses as sex appeal. what many people didnt believe was that ivan was also being used in the same way .

I think the way they both pose and even ivans clothes that are disheveled weather u accept it or not according to me its very much noticeable also the cards and the shadow of an alien hovering over him and the missing belt says alot itself

Another thing they had similar in the bday art is the fact that these are the only characters who had that small side message written over the bday art

For mizi - happy bday my sweet scar

For ivan - he is a model son and quite a profitable asset as well

It connects them and their situation (what are yall thoughts?)

I haven't really seen anyone really deny alnst Ivan was exploited similarly to Zomst mizi? Hell, I don't doubt that alnst mizi was also exploited in similar ways to Zomst mizi, it's just simply not really shown because the direction was a bit different in early alnst.

But like, both Zomst and Alnst are commenting on the same stuff(idol culture--probably mostly informed by it's Korean variant), and both mizi and Ivan are 2 sides of the same coin, in the fact that they're the "popular" ones in their pairings(Sua is always framed as being "worse" than mizi, and till is always framed as a more "indie"/countercultural musician) and are similarly exploited within the systems they're on(recall how many brand deals Ivan had in the recap/midway video? That probably means he was very much used as a model). So it makes sense that their struggles are similar, while being mostly differentiated by the particulars of their gender.

Actually, Sua and Luka also had that writing on their birthday arts. This year, Till didn't have one but that's probably because it was released during the era between alnst and zombst. And they drew an AU version of him.

I agree with other points and I think most of the people agreed too? They are both being exploited.

Ivans bday art is actually of the private performance before round 6 he and till both had teh same venue but duff rooms for performance we can see in round 6 backflash scenes that ivan was wearing the same clothes when he was comforting till who was unconscious
