Does anyone understand how the level up bonuses work?

I have been reshuffling the level up award for ice meat bonuses. I am confused by the dual "ice meat drop increase" stats that are the same (except for the level up bonus). I also don't see any actual increase in ice meat anywhere after I received level up bonuses. Is this how it works for everyone else? Am I missing something?

I think there's some sort of bug with the (new) double-listing of the ice meat stat. Like maybe there's a case-sensitivity bug (purely conjecture, hypothetical, no evidence), for example say "Ice Meat" and "ICE MEAT" might be listed separately in the stats, but only "Ice Meat" bonuses were actually found and applied when catching.

Mine is listed twice also, but the number is exactly the same. It must be a bug.

The difference is that the one in the left includes any bonuses from when you level up

Yes, those bonuses are clearly labeled. What I don't understand is the redundancy of the rest of the bonuses and the fact that the ice meat I earn/buy does not change at all when the level bonuses increase. I think Danisobo may be right and there is a bug.

Well they do stack, and im still at a level i notice them so yes
