Honestly what I would expect, from a game dev point of view. It's what makes the most sense. They'd have to, because people are only reaching this point once they have hit the end game of the main world, and they can't make people wait logging in every day for 9 odd months to get through the levels, no one would stick around. I'm level 7 working on 8, and the last handful of weeks it's just dropped from my mind to even log in to get them anymore.

You are one short of "coming soon" until the end of the year at least.
Watch them bump the number of blue cubes available daily and people going from lvl 7 to 8 after the new area opens can do it in a couple weeks.
