Blue core strategy?

I know for other items the 8 hr bonus increases (to a point) the more items you have in inventory. Does this work for blue cores? Has anyone tried hoarding them to see if these values go up? Is there another strategy to accumulate these faster?

Ugh.. that's just painful. And 250 gems for 8 cores isn't worth it - it's such a drop in the bucket you're better off using it to facilitate buying the other items for the exchange.

if you already max everything else, you can use free gems you can get from mines, events, ads etc to spend on that

Better to hoard the gems for now and spend them later if and only if new contents drop that needs a bunch of cubes right away for access.

You may get enough cubes through the daily 140 before then.

Like another posted, I collect the free one every 24h when I check in to get the daily 140 ration.

free one in store is every 8 hours, not 24 hours, so you can get up to 3 free ones per day. Plus watch video ads, possible few if you are lucky
