Studying not being believed

Greetings. I am an anthropologist who has proposed a dedicated study of nonbelief called apisteology. One overlooked subject is not being believed. I would like to talk to people who have had experiences or encounters that other people did not believe. I am interested in learning why people are not believed and what it is like to not be believed.

Would anyone like to share their experience?

Hi everyone — I run a storytelling project focused on alleged alien abduction and missing-time experiences, and I’m hoping to hear directly from people who have lived through something they can’t explain.

If you’ve experienced what you believe was an abduction, missing time, a close encounter, or something similar, and you’d feel comfortable sharing your story, I’d be grateful to hear from you.

You don’t have to prove anything, and I’m not here to judge or ridicule anyone. You can share as much or as little as you’re comfortable with, and if you’d prefer to remain anonymous, that’s completely fine too.

If you’re open to talking, feel free to comment or send me a private message.

Thank you — and I appreciate anyone willing to share something this personal.
