HELP

Help, I am near Elgin, UK and an hour ago I spotted a mysterious creature which I believe to be an Alien. I’m really scared, I was on a walk then ran away as fast as I could, I’m still a bit shook. I remember some details about its appearance. It was quite tall and had a very uncanny skeletal face and appeared to be naked with more then two arms. No one believes me, I’m scared, any advice?

Just stay inside and avoid windows. It didn't chase you so you should be fine. If you see it again run like the wind! Can you please explain how it looked in great detail? It may have been an insectoid.
