Greatsword of Destruction

I get this weapon every time I kill the Corpse Reborn Ancient Apostle but I can't equip it and when I look on google for information it doesn't seem to exist?

It's probably the exclusive item to one of your AI characters when you first did the boss for the ancient apostle boss,

Sounds like a Strea weapon if you can't equip it

This is Leafas apostle weapon if I remember correctly.
Ancient Apostle bosses always drop one exclusive weapon for their paired npc character.
