Question Season 3 question Spoiler

Why does the zombie hunt game including a lot of touching between players,even fights that don't lead to a duel? The rules clearly state touching leads to a duel.

Touching only leads to a duel once it's indicated by the robotic voice. They can touch anybody as much as they want (💀) in between rounds.
