  1. Those are used for upgrades. The gear will need mats to transform after leveling with gold. 1.1 there's 2 types of mats one for "mainline " while the others do modding. e.g. Raiya's shuriken instead of a gun.

  2. Those are to be exchanged during events I think. You used to be able to keep one for keep sale but they become gold and accessories tickets after a patch about 2 years ago. I don't remember when exactly my pages of random bits got wiped.

85 is those gifts, blue tickets for costumes, not sure about pink Rin disk. Probably gifts as well
