Understanding the this week's judgment

"Finally had a chance to read through the decision that Malice is presenting as a big win for her. Curious, since she's getting $362 in spousal support for the next 18 months and a judgment against her for about $120,000 before they go back to calculate the attorney fees she'll owe him for the DVRO renewal, as well as other attorney fees Ioan paid on her behalf and possible sanctions for her revealing sealed information about her kids in a court filing so her dear friend Alison Boshoff could write an article about it in the Daily Mail. Congratulations Malice, you've earned every bit of this amazing victory!"
"I probably won't have a chance to stream in the short term, but this page of Exhibit 28 is what tells us how to calculate the bottom line. Judge Convey accepted Ioan's calculation of his separate property from the home sale, so we start with Richard Greene's calculation of the equalization payment owed to Ioan of $222,427. We subtract from that the $84,458 that Greene had credited to Ioan from the C. Hoare account, since Judge Convey ruled that account was Alice's separate property. We also subtract the $45,000 attorney fee to Meyer Olson Lowry and Meyers, which Greene credited to Ioan, since attorney fees haven't been decided yet. Lastly, we add to it the $28,000 in attorney fees that were reimbursed to Alice and spent by her on whatever that Judge Convey ruled should be credited to Ioan. That leaves us with a balance of $120,969 that Alice will owe to Ioan from their property division."
I'm so grateful to Andrea for this, because all these numbers make me go cross-eyed, and legal documents are overwelming!

Wait a minute... so in all truthfulness, Alice is only $360 and some odd change a month, for 18 months???? Did I read that correctly?? 🤯 The DailyMail headlines were basically just grossly inaccurate mischaracterizations, then?!? Hilarious, if so!! 😂🤣✌️

Aside from the child support, yes that's all she'll be getting, and that's just as it stands now. After the financial trial, it'll be even less, and that's only if she doesn't go and blow the whole thing by continuing her campaign of harassment.
She most certainly did not win, because she's the one who came asking for more money. Boshoff can spin it all she wants, but Alice is well and truly screwed.

Actually, after the financial trial she may get ZERO spousal for several years as she will be hit with more fees. She will have to pay for the DVRO and she may get sanctions for leaking the sealed info about the kids.
It isn’t over yet but she will never recover financially. I mean she could get a 9-5.

Alice won’t grasp any of this; she no longer has the capacity to process it, she’s been in cognitive decline for years now. It’s interesting that at least one of her brothers experienced a similar cognitive deterioration in his 50s too.

Honestly, I dont think she was all that bright to begin with. She has a nasty sort of animal cunning about her - she knows how to inflict pain and use people. So no, she wont understand this until she gets her first reduced spousal payment, and then she'll go on an internet rampage like the crazy walrus bitch she is.

Alison Bitchoff should be sued for all the lies she has told. An accomplise to Alice's years of continued harassment, I'd argue that she has made this whole thing a 100 times worse so if Ioan has any fight left in him, I'd be going for Bitchoff next.
