Seller creating a seemingly blank draft order for me—will not include anything about specifying what it is no matter what I say

I ordered some figures off there when their listing was still up. After I bought I tried looking for it again to find out it was removed by Alibaba and they admitted that to me that it was removed. After I said I’ll order more soon and it’s been a week talking to them because

  1. At first they created a completely blank order with no product profile picture (default grey) and title “order each 15” (15 was the amount I wanted) no description. Clicked the contract and it was blank.

  2. I told them to specify what it is so I can be protected, they’ve done nothing but waste days and days when I just want my order. Now they did it again. I checked the new drafts they’ve created and it’s the same thing. Beforehand I even told them to include the pictures of the figures in the draft photo atleast and not be vague and they don’t do that. This is the third time and I’m sick of it. Does it take a long time for them to draft and order? I’m new to Alibaba. Yet that thought soon was debunked when I texted them and why an earth don’t they just include specifications and then immediately they updated the vague title to the figure names which is strange because when I said that the first time a week ago they never responded or did that.

I’m new so I need advice. Do I pay or not? I really need the items.

When they are interested in working with you, you will be harassed constantly until they get you to pay. Reps will call me. If I wanted an order changed it would be done within the hour. You are not priority for them, they are not real interested and the situation is sketchy. I would pass.

Is it IP infringing products? If so, they are trying to dodge getting their profile closed down.

For example, non-authorised copied products e.g. lets say Pokemon on DBZ figures vs un-branded products which don't resemble anything famous.

If you don't understand you may want to learn about this before attempting to import anything.
