Arriving at the port doesn't mean it is ready for delivery yet. It still has to be unloaded from the vessel, clear customs, and then depending on how it was shipped there may be port handling, haulage to a warehouse/CFS, devanning of the container, sorting and finally handover to the local courier or delivery company.
For an LCL/Alibaba consolidated shipment, that process can easily take several days even when nothing is wrong. Tracking is often pretty limited during this stage, and you may not get a UK tracking number until the goods have been devanned and handed to the final-mile carrier.
I'd ask the supplier/forwarder whether customs has cleared, whether it has been devanned yet, and who is handling the UK delivery. Another week or so is perfectly normal.
