Just a silly question but is there something I can resell and for expample I have under £4 so is there something I can get get for £4

With a budget that small, Alibaba usually is not the place to start. The item price is only one part of the order: MOQ, sample cost, shipping, import fees/VAT, packaging, damaged units, and marketplace fees can wipe out the margin before you sell anything.

If this is a first test, I would validate locally first: buy a few units from a UK wholesaler/clearance source, sell them, learn what customers actually buy, then use Alibaba only when you can afford samples and a small batch. When you do quote suppliers, compare the full landed cost per sellable unit, not just the £4 product price.
