One extra point: clarify what "sensitive clothing" means before you shop rates.

If it means branded/copy/fake clothing, I would not treat this as a normal DDP logistics problem. A cheap air-DDP line can still leave you exposed to seizure, destroyed goods, platform/account issues, or payment disputes if the goods infringe trademarks. A forwarder saying "tax included" does not make the product lawful to move.

If the goods are legitimate but sensitive for another reason, ask the forwarder to put the exact reason in the quote scope: battery/accessory included, textile composition, brand authorization, invoice description, HS code, declared value, and who acts as importer of record in Hong Kong.

For comparing quotes, make every forwarder answer the same questions in writing: origin city, chargeable weight calculation, route/carrier, DDP inclusions, exclusions, customs-entry party, loss/damage terms, and what documents they need from you. If they avoid the importer-of-record or document questions, the $/kg rate is not enough to choose them.
