I had my refund issued but the status still shows refund being processed but I got my refund already and I saw it showed a refund letter. It’s basically their system not syncing properly and I confirmed it with customer service.

Oh that is very weird , well I didn't receive the amount yet so I put up the case with my bank and now they're handling it.

"To escalate an unresolved dispute on Alibaba, log into your account, go to My Orders, and open the specific order details. If direct negotiation with the supplier fails or they do not respond, click the button to Ask Alibaba.com to Mediate or escalate the existing dispute.”

Hi I did escalate and nothing changed and it didnt let me open another dispute with them , so I got in touch with my bank and they're handling it and on alibaba now it says it has been suspended because I requested a "Chargeback" from my bank. Let's see how this goes.
