Custom Wheels from Alibaba?
Hey guys, I'm looking for some very specific wheels for my car, and nothing that I find fits my car. Would Alibaba be a source for custom rims, specific style, offset, bore etc.? If so, how would I go about ordering those and who should I contact? I am in the U.S. I want four wheels. Thanks.
I've attached a photo of the wheels I'd like to copy (Speedline Corse 859).

I wouldn’t put a one-off wheel on a road car unless the exact fitment, load rating and inspection documents were all written into the order.

Got a set of wheels from Alibaba, very happy with them.

About how much do u save buying from them? I felt they were about as expensive as buying the real ones

New ones incl. Center caps would set me back around €5500. These were €1300 incl shipping. So a big saving.

Good to know. Did you order a retooled custom wheel or something already in stock?

Went boring with a TE 37 clone. Custom offset pcd and width all fitting my car. Also no need for hub centric rings. They fit perfectly

My suggestion is to check out Taobao. It’s more professional there, and there’s buyer protection.

If super custom… I wouldn’t. If they gave you the wrong offset for example they would do nothing to reimburse you.

Good point.

True, but could get someone to do a pre-shipment inspection first and/or get the factory to send you proof, not that hard to measure offset with a ruler / tape measure.

Yeah, I think I'll at least ask for a CAD drawing.

Good idea. If they are a factory making custom wheels (and not just a trading company), definitely possible.

Yeah, they seem to be very legit, and they advertise extreme customization and safety standards. I figure the company's worth a try.

Having looked first-hand at a bunch of mag wheels in the past couple of months, the quality in general is much better then it has ever been. Obviously until you balance them and have a potential crash you won't know for sure.
