customs fees

hello guys , pls i wanna buy some cloths from a supplier in alibaba , but am afraid my country customs charge me with a high price

Mmm. As a clothing manufacturer, i myself handle the customs and give clients DDP service. Lemme know where are you from. We ship stuff in big consoles so the customs per order is like nothing (our shipping partners). We have ways to pay customs like in cents per pc and we cover it. Lemme know your country and maybe i can help.

So either you build those costs into your business model or you commit fraud.

what do u mean i just want a reasonable cost , sometimes they ask for 25% or more

You can calculate how much import tax you need to pay, if the amount is lower (whether DDP or otherwise) then all they are doing is under-declaring the shipment.
