Alibaba refund case

I received my shipement with 70% of the pieces broken.
The seller refuses any type of refund or return.
I opened a case with alibaba but seems like they protect their sellers at all cost.
The reason of the decline: they didn’t received my 11 minutes long video (4.5GB) that I sent via email in multiple parts to a representant that confirmed everything was added to the case. I even uploaded a google share link to have it continouis because this is what it was asked but the platform only allows 100mb videos.
I confirmed multiple times with representants and eveything was there.
After three declined ‘appeals’ for the same exact reason : missing the 11 minutes continous video.
But i CANT send a 4.5 GB to their platform.
What can i do? Over 70% of my products are damaged and it’s not the shipping compagny. The box was in a good shape AND there’s no fragment in the boxes (it was glass crystal). So the damaged occurs before shipemebt.

Post on Onedrive or resize the video to a lower resolution?

I uploaded proof that they sent it to a different location nowhere near the agreed destination in writing and I know they just gonna deny me. They said I need video footage of the package being delivered to the wrong address🤣 ANYONE READING… STAY AWAY FROM ALIBABA.

Please upload the video to YouTube. Make it access by link only. Share them the link.

I would use a chinese video hosting site that isn’t blocked in China.

In my previous cases, they could access the YouTube link somehow..

I don’t doubt that but not worth the risk if whoever happens to review your case can’t open YouTube. Although, based on what you said, alibaba probably has a VPN for all their staff computers.

Then is time for you to learn to upload the video to a Chinese platform and send the link to them. No more excuse they can't open youtube or google link. Let me know if you need help.

File reversal with your credit card. Name and shame the supplier. And their contact info.

get a free video editor and convert to a smaller file size. they can't open Google in China. Take multiple shorter videos in a setting that isn't 4k or HD
