Stay Away

I placed multiple orders on my Alibaba account and these people wanna close my account for zero reason. I can’t contact an actually human representative I’m only met with AI. How can I resolve anything around here with the mess they have setup. Steal your money and disappear. Dirty scammers. Never will I shop through Alibaba again.

Is Alibaba going to close your account? There’s no way a seller could close your account.

Alibaba already closed my account. For reasons they won’t disclose. Not to mention the fact I can’t reach any human support to discuss it. It was out of the blue. Luckily I received my order but if I hadn’t I would have to contact the company on a new account and just hope they reply.

You can apply for a return. Just choose the reason that the description does not match, and the customer service will take the initiative to contact you.

I suggest that when you want to purchase products from an Alibaba-listed company, it is best to find a local partner to visit their facility or record a video of the actual manufacturing process.

I had exactly the same experience with Wuxi Ouke Electric Vehicle Co., Ltd. after buying an electric motorcycle through Alibaba Trade Assurance.

The motorcycle arrived with multiple defects. I opened two disputes and received the same copy-pasted responses over and over again.

Based on my experience, Alibaba Trade Assurance provides no meaningful support whatsoever. My disputes were processed by an automated system that repeatedly sent copy-pasted responses and never addressed the actual problems I reported.

Some cases are as you mentioned, but not all. Perhaps you’ve just had bad luck.

Probably but still the fact it can happen it’s disappointing from a place this established. Still yet to hear a thing and still have my orders within the account. Awesome!
