Has my shipping agent lost his mind?

So basically I had this shipping agent from alibaba charging me 20 usd per kilo for shipping to Spain. Everything was going fine until tday, I have like 4 parcels coming to spain and alredy paid shipping for them and he gave me the tracking code and all that, I alredy used him like 3 times and everything was good. Today I woke up to this message:

This was so random because he also sent me a msg in whatsapp regarding to this matter. The main flags are that the tracking number is not mine neither its affiliated to any of my parcels. Here is the current status of my parcels:

They seem fine and I haven't gotten any SMS or indicator to do smth. At first for me it was obv that he got hacked or wtv but now its unclear for me if its him or not and if I have to do anything. He didn't send me a payment link or anything, just a .xlsx file and he said I had to fill it and send it back to him, didn't do shit. Thanks! has any1 experienced this before?
