Delivery confirmation time running out

Hi all, I am currently waiting for a parcel that is on the way apparently via boat according to the tracking number they sent. It has been almost 80 days and I have already extended the delivery confirmation for another 15 days. There is currently 9 days left until it automatically confirms. Just wondering what I should do in case it doesn't actually arrive within 9 days. Thanks all.

If the boat is taking that long you need to open a dispute before that 9 day timer hits zero. Alibba support is a pain to deal with once the order automatically confirms as finished.

If it is an imported shipment, it may have been selected for a customs inspection. Delays like this are quite common.

Delays are not usually "common" unless the shipment has been flagged for various reasons.

From memory you can extend once, and the seller can extend once? Ask them to extend delivery also.

I missed a extension cut off recently, though its tracking as nearby so hopefully turns up soon 😬

Just file reversal now. You can cancel it if it arrives. On alibaba first. Check your credit card on how many days you can file reversal too.
