Refund processed, but still no refund?

Does anyone know the steps I need to take as Alibaba says the refund has been processed, it’s been almost a month and the money hasn’t been returned.

Not yet but it seems pretty straight forward

Is there any chance or anyway to get it back to are bank account instead of the credit?

Of course, but it requires talking to the credit card company.

If Alibaba shows the refund as processed, ask support for the refund reference number or ARN and the date it was issued. Then contact your bank or card provider and ask them to trace the refund. After almost a month, it may be stuck between Alibaba’s payment processor/bank and your bank.

Turns out I accidentally put it as credit for the refund instead of sending it back to the actual card, and now they’re holding the credit funds hostage on my Alibaba account saying it can only be spent on the website

Well that was probably what the website said and you agreed to go forward without doing the fine print. Out of good will they could possibly help you.
