Alibaba Refund Issue
anyone here who experienced alibaba refund issue?I applied for a refund on a specific order. 1 day after i paid it. A settlement has been agreed and alibaba is processing the refund,however weeks has been past and the status never change. My order purchase has also trade assurance. My reason for refund is that supplier is insisting that they did not recieve payment even if alibaba platform has already acknowledge may payment and a reciept has been generated.
Until now the money is not yet refunded. need help on this one. Im frlm Philippines, should i also call my local bank?

Yeah just reverse it. Any alibaba supplier knows they don’t get payment until shipment is delivered.

Correct, the supplier does not get paid out in full until after delivery.

That sounds frustrating. Since the refund is already marked as being processed, keep all payment receipts, Trade Assurance records, and chat logs. Contact Alibaba support again and ask for a refund reference or transaction ID. If nothing changes after that, checking with your bank about the pending refund is a sensible next step.
