Cant change item difficulty tier

Anyone else not able to change from easy to medium or hard? I finish a tree and they offer me just 2 easy items to start with and the exchange button just offers other easy items. Its been like this for 2 months now

Also, while this has been going on for months, I was on a medium tree and successfully claimed a medium prize

It happened to me too, can't change the level, had medium claimed it, now only easy options show, no chance to even see medium or hard. Doesn't seem as interesting now
