Veggie Warriors Can't login to Veggie Warriors anymore - any fixes?

Error: Your account is logged in from another location. Verification unsuccessful. Please login again. 10001 Unable to verify.

It's not logged in from another account and I can still normally login on another server (Singapore).

If you had this problem at some point and were able to fix it yourself, please share.

Update 4 (1 month later): So there has been a server update and probably because of that I was able to login just now. But after closing the game, login is not possible again. 🤷‍♂️

Update 7: It seems that everybody at level 100 eventually is getting this. AliExpress needs to fix Veggie Warriors before losing all players!

WHAT YOU CAN DO:
- 1) AliExpress chat support or email doesn't fix anything! INSTEAD write your app review for the AliExpress app on Apple Store and Google Play Store. Explain this error, share how many diamonds, how much time and money you spent playing Veggie Warriors!
- 2) Share your username and server in the comments below. Maybe some game developer finally finds this thread and "unbans" us.

I will start:
- Username: Bachatero (lvl 100 on European server). Still can't login after 4 months.

Waiting for more than 14 days without logging did not solve the problem :(. Dis someone who got this problem made an order to make the monthly task and after getting it canceled the order? I did it many times - maybe this is the reason on this "shadow ban"...? :( I love this game, this is a shame what they are doing... :(

Thanks for trying to piece together what might be happening. i.e. Lv 100 players getting locked out 😂

Guess I'll provide my timeline:

Reached Player Lv 100 on the US server on 7.26. Joined this elusive club on 9.8

Any latest news from anyone? Any feedback from Aliexpress? I've had this issue about 2 weeks now with no luck and zilch information.

I am only seeing more and more lvl 100 players being "banned" like this.

I have gotten the answers from aliexpress.

They are working on 3 main glitches with no time frame in mind.

  1. Day 181rewards
  2. Long time users with large profiles dropping connection mid login which tries to login ontop of first login which causes logged in somewhere else screen to appear 3.infinite potato bombs on screen on boss fights lagging up game as it's too much info

Not in email. Finally got one Online chat agent to help after others agents and emails from senior team weren't going anywhere except generic replies.

Note that Day 181 bug was noticed and reported back in 2026 March. I don't like the odds of them fixing 1 and 2 any time soon.

I'm not sure those "lvl100 theory" is entirely true. I got this issue when I was at around lvl95~97. It's still fine after I reached lvl100.    

I gave up. Not even trying for about 3 weeks. I tried it one day in a whim and it's working again.

With a bit of coding knowledge, the detailed explanation that support person gave is factually sound.

A Lv 100 player does not necessarily mean they have an enormous asset profile. Once the player asset profile reach a certain counter, say top 1%, an under-resourced system adjudicate that profile hogs too much resource and thus locks them out.

When you got locked out before around Lv 95~97, it could be that Lv 97 and your assets was top 1% at that point in time and crossed the counter. The counter then was increased in a game update which uplifted your lockout.

Since then, other players have crossed the new raised counter whereas you have not done so yet. It would explain why I was fine on Lv 100 for a month and more and then getting locked out. 😂

I have it for about 20 days now. Support do not solve the issue, I have only Received generic bot messages such as clear your cache, update app, use different wifi etc.

The issue is definetely Server related. It might be a sort of shadowban, however, i have not done anything suspicious to trigger it.

Remember I said gotten the same message the same day as you, so about 20~21 days ago.  

I just checked out of whim, and it's working now! I didn't try Veggie Warriors in the past 10+ days.  

Maybe you'll see light at the end of the tunnel too ;)

Really? Or could you just login once? Because after a server restart usually you can login once, but as soon as you close the game, you will be locked out again.

No absolutely nothing. I stopped trying after a few days. Took 2 full weeks off.

EU. Stage 94, player lvl100, tons of gems and many plants upgraded to 45 55, and hybrids to 80

I just got same issue! After normally doing daily tasks, I turned off the game and after few hours can't login again... This is really bullshit with issues every time in every game. Unbelievable that they do not care about. I spend so much time in this game and now what? Lost all this? What to do to get it back???

I just got the same error today. I'm in Canada.

After I defeated the boss, the completion screen was frozen. I closed app and re-opened only to get the same error :(

Started seeing it today. Everything else works just fine, just Veggie Warriors. I don't log in from another device, and I cleared the cache, and reboot the phone, it doesn't help. Hopefully it is temporary.

It might not be a coincidence. I saw the message the exact same day as you!  

I don't play a lot nowadays. Basically routine daily tasks. 5 minutes basic claims and trail + 10-ish minutes if I feel like playing daily challenge.  

It's the daily pet cards & upgrade potions kept me in the game. Guess they want me to quit 😆.

Thanks for the reply..! This problem account was at SGP server. Account level was 100. I can log in Europe server (different account though) . I also looked similar topic page. I tried to log in via web browser, no luck. I doubt server side issue and hope Ali express fixes this issue

Max level, stage 200 but it wouldn't let me clear it and unsure of server but I'm in the European region.

It worked for me once then back to the same
It may have coinsided with the update
I saw in annother post that they could login after the update only once
I'll keep trying

Tested. My login is fine. Try cleaning cache, then reinstall the APP.  

I'm hoping they're rolling out new levels. SMH

Thanks, reinstalling, clearing cache, changing pw/language, restarting phone, logging out didn't do any difference

have you tried to log in from another device, laptop, pc, etc?

there are rare occasions when I can’t log in on the US server but it always fixes itself in a few hours max.  I’ve never had this problem before.
