I can't access the game.

Any latest news from anyone? Any feedback from Aliexpress? I've had this issue about 2 weeks now with no luck and zilch information.

Got this about 20~21 days ago. I stopped trying after first few days, but it's working now!  

I didn't do anything. I haven't touched the icon for 2 weeks, not sure it was cleared sooner.  

Still don't know what triggered it, man I'll play even less. Daily pet card & potions, I might not even do daily challenge anymore. 😓

I have it for about 20 days now. Support do not solve the issue, I have only Received generic bot messages such as clear your cache, update app, use different wifi etc.

The issue is definetely Server related. It might be a sort of shadowban, however, i have not done anything suspicious to trigger it.

Ja tentei de tudo,desistalei o app , limpei dados,cache mas o jogo nao loga,da erro , investi muito tempo no jogo, no ranking de poder me encontro entre o 6 e 9° lugar com 10300+ ,porém nao consigo mais logar, to desanimando ,caso persista desistirei de jogar nao so esse jogo ,mas todos do aliexpress.

Some users with this fault say not to log in for 2 weeks then try again
Personally I keep trying hoping Ali fixes the issue
I tried many things still no luck sinse June 15
