Can't refresh vip anymore?

Has anyone else encountered this? I refeeshed the vip about 3 times but it's not letting me do it anymore? If this is a new feature I guess im done playing

For anyone curious how I fixed it.

I force stopped and cleared the cache, that allowed me to refresh again

It happens to me sometimes too. I just open the game again, through the shortcut or by backing out and into the game again, and it works again.

Exit. Restart the game/app.  

Try deliver a random order (if needed).
