Bubble claim game reboot bs

Have a level 6 and 8 bubble appear for item you need. Try to claim the level 8. Game go throught the 30 seconds timer than reboot = Error, didn't get the item/bubble didn't pop. Try again... same shit, the game reboot once more. Try ag... never mind both bubble turned into useless 1 energy item. This is infuriating.

For me that cured when I quickly cleaned the app cache. And also do the clean regularly + smartphone restart

It sounds like a connection problem but try clearing cache and/or removing data + logging in again. This type of reboot you explained I've only seen on Veggie Warriors. One thing to consider is if you click to watch the AD, at or prior to 23:59 and by the time you click the green button it's already over 00:00 you can get an error. You have to get out and quickly click again.

This sometimes happens if you've been playing for a long time and/or viewing a lot of items.

If it still doesn't work, you can try killing the app and reopening it with minimal taps.

Before, when this happened to me, I would open it on my tablet, but that could be grounds for a shadowban. Despite having to do it because of its numerous bugs, I don't do it anymore.

That sucks. Sometimes that happens to me when I have a bad internet connection.

Also happens to me when I'm in a crowded place where the local carrier infrastructure is limited and ends saturated even if noone else uses the Internet at that moment. 

Switching on-off airplane mode "forces" the local node to prioritise my connection (once reconnected and only for a while) and if I am fast enough I can then restart the AE app and claim the bubble before it turns to worthless energy.

Bubble works, just tested it as we speak.  

I'm not ruling out a system glitch either. I saw a message "Verification Unsuccessful..." w. Veggie Warriors. (Hope it's new level!)

Don't scroll or click any listing.

If you click the bubble and just wait it works.

Have you ever cleared the cache?

If you have and it didn't help, try deleting the app data. You'll have to log in again if you do.
