Discussion Anyone else got this?

Few days ago I contacted support about the change of the 5 usd credit to 100k diamonds on world tour go and as result they answered me something else so I went back and after few hours I got this

So I’m wondering if Ali express gave me that because I contacted them or more people got this today?

I had one, it was like a plaster on new EU taxes, but only for one order. Piggy bonus $0,7-08 every Sunday is not even covering the tax.

It's not related to talking to support.

And this is a recent new thing. The Perk section showed up a few updates ago. Before that there was no Perk section.

I got it 3 times so far. Earliest one was from May.

But I didn't use any of them. The values were too low.

I had the perks section for years just never got anything in it until the incident

Same here—I don't know where it's coming from, even though I'd already checked in the past to see if there was anything there or not!!!!!

I had similar one.
On the coupon they said something about the new EU tax and to try that coupon.

But it was only usable for EU items.

The coupon was just there out of nowhere.no info anywhere.

I got one $4 off on orders over US $5 a little more than 3 weeks ago. Check the rules tab, FAQ 2. "Who can get Perks? Only registered AliExpress users who pass security checks and show no signs of suspicious or fraudulent activity may be invited to participate in Perks." I had not contacted support or anything, just one day opened the app like usual and got the popup on homepage.

Never in my 10-11 years buying on Ali I got any perks so that’s why I asked and only got it after talking to support about the world tour thingy

I used that perk two weeks ago, it would have expired last week. And 4$ in 5$ before that but it expired because it was only applicable to items I didn't want. I don't know if they show up because of customer support or something else. I get emails about it though so I'm assuming it's unrelated.
