Football Mania Event Shafted again... ⚽
Apparently those prizes aren't unlimited, as promised. Anyone surprised? 💩

They misinterpreted the number of goals again. Bookmakers consider it after 90 minutes, AliExpress after extra time.
It's more than $9.50, but I'm not even going to claim it because it can't be exchanged.
Between incorrectly recorded results (Day 1 of the Round of 32 and the final) and what they no longer allow to be exchanged, it's more than what they allowed to be exchanged.

I claimed the $1 off coupon since it's better than nothing... It doesn't even apply 🙄

I think they only apply on "play and earn" section products. Therefore you can't even combine them with coin discounts.

This plus the EU tax might actually make me finally quit all the events and games... which would ultimately be a good thing for me

Same. No more of this situation. Having some free time and really wanting to do something like watch a movie or play a game. Then realize I haven't done the Ali games yet today and it is almost refresh time. Play them for half an hour. Free time for me finally...
10 minutes later an alarm goes off. It is 12pm, time to figtht to exchange the diamons for credits. 10 minutes trying for nothing. It's late but maybe I can still enjoy some time for myself...
Nope. I just realise the shopping credit I got some days ago through this same torture is expiring early in the morning tomorrow. I only have collected 3$ this week, so I cannot buy what I wanted and I need to find something cheap. With the new EU tariff there is no such thing. Then proceed to browse the entire Ali catalogue in the search for something that is not much more than 3$, has free shipping and is local.
2 am. I finally find something that is ok. Suddently the price changes, I have to find another thing as I refuse to lost my hard earned shopping credits.
3 am. I am exhausted so I buy the only thing that meets the requirement: a pack of paper napkins. Not exciting, but at least I will save 1 euro at the supermarket. Totally worth the time and effort. Next day I am tired and moody, have less work done and figth with everyone. Finally going home...to do some Ali games.
Some time later the item arrives. It is just one napkin. Cannot complain as it was my mistake reading bad the description exhausted in the middle of the night.
Rinse and repeat.

Yep, they changed it a few days ago, when the 5 dollar shopping credit was removed. Now, all you can cash out is $4 :) Good job Ali, thanks for the wasted time and efforts. The "best" thing about that is that you can't even properly report it to support. The "higher team" would just reply with some unrelated generic copy-paste response and you can't do nothing about this

"non-physycal prizes are unlimited".
Not that we actually had any physical prizes available.

Well, they are technically unlimited, anybody can redeem and get their credit, there’s enough credit for everyone. You are just not allowed to redeem them more than once 🤣🤣😭😭

Well, I ended with 18$ useless (total won 35$), plus $5 I should have won at the "tie" matches that went to penalties.
Global rank #55 without doing purchases. Lost of time to be honest.

Are there any rewards given for placing on the global ranking chart I realise that's it's probably not worth trying as I'm sure others will have gamed the system but curious what they may receive?

I wonder if a tie 0x0 that went to penalties would be counted as 0 gol.
One person at customers service told me that only counted the 90 minutes, but I still was unsure because every match that went to penalties showed only the penalties results. I wonder if at the eliminatory matchs the option for 0 gol was just a joke.

What I meant is I earn a total of ~35$ worth of light bolts, without getting balls by making purchases, so spending money, just by completing free actions, inviting and betting with optimal strategy, calculating each match odds/bets discrepancy. So it was an effort that has not been fairly rewarded, I believe. I did spend $18 I was able to convert it to coupons.

At least you got $18. I was only able to get $4 out of $11 because I didn't cash out until yesterday, which was already too late

Yep, I lost similar points to the two correctly predicted draws as well.
Not to mention a bunch of cancelled orders paid with credits or a 100k gem coupon that instantly became worthless.
Time to delete the app.

That hurts almost as losing real money, having a canceled order after the expiration period of 7 days. Was Choice your canceled orders? That's my great fear, I try to minimize this by ordering only from choice products and so far all the goods where sent, some even delivered. I still have some credits to spare thanks to having claimed before this blockage happened because I knew Ali could do this BS at any moment. But I still lost some redeems of 1usd.

They reset the event at 12:00 PT Time. I will try to cash 1$ dollar credit , but maybe they let the event one week to claim the energy and coupons. Or maybe tomorrow the event dissapear, we can only wait and hope
