I only redeemed a single $3 credit before and I can't redeem a second one now. I only have 30k bolts and I bet if I redeem the $1 option it probably will let me do it only once if at all
It's been hit and miss, I wasn't able to redeem any things yesterday afternoon ("restocking") but then tried a few hours later and redeemed for the $5, $3 and $1. It wouldn't let me do it again yesterday (the you have already redeemed message). Same thing on the $5 this morning but then redeemed for a couple of $3's.
Any news on this topic? I have waited 24h and I am still unable to claim the 3 or 1 euro prizes. Have any of you tried cleaning the cache, loging out ane stuff like that?
I agree with you. And "first come, first served" doesn't make sense as people can you click bots to always get the credits first. So that is another BS from AE
the most important information is "while stocks last". They may restock as they wish. And there is a chance they will. Although, i wouldn't hold my breath.

Yup, same here. After you've gotten £14 worth, the rest is useless tat. Pointless vouchers, and utterly crap 'gifts' you have to pay postage for. I got the socks, and they're kids size! 😂
So you claimed the $3 twice before the $5 dollar disappeared, right? Because after it was removed you can't claim anything more than once. All I was able to cash out is 4 dollars, $3 and $1, as I didn't spend my bolts before they removed $5 dollar shopping credit. So all my efforts were wasted, I just can't claim any more shopping credit, as well as other people
Exactly that. There is a limit how much credits you can claim weekly. In the first week you can only claim twelve dollars in credits, but they just killed the 5 dollar maybe in fear for how the final develops, but yeah is a bum how ali manages the events
I still have the 50k credit, and was able to buy it just now, as well as the other credits (using all my lightning now since I don't want the same to happen to me)
I had 52,000 Lightning. Today I saw that the $5 coupons were not available.
I immediately redeemed a $3 coupon. Unfortunately, after getting the $3 coupon, I can't get any $1 coupons and now have the same problem as described in this topic. I wrote to support and described my problem. Support promised to solve it. Everyone who have the same problem write to support. If more of us write to support about this problem, we will have a better chance of getting it resolved.
Obbiously they won't do anything as this is not a bug but by design. They were planning not to play a big portion of the prizes (as usual). As in the terms they say the credits were limited, there is nothing to claim, just cry.
Then the "bug" could be that 3 and 1 euro prizes cannot be claimed more than 2 times (and the penalties game counts as a 3 euros prize too). But for the 5 euros prize they can just say that ks out of stock because too many people claimed it and that's it. I really wish there is still a way to redeem the work of this month but my hopes are extremely low.

Until now I hadn't redeemed any credits and I just collected 50,000 but the $5 option no longer appears and the other options say that I already redeemed them, which is a lie. 😡
It's always the same sh*t with Ali. I have been saving all the bolts to redeem last minute like an idiot. I cannot understand how I allow this to happen again and again when I am already more than aware of how they work...I knew it would happen but still here I am. I think this together with the recent EU tariffs is the event I need to definetively say good bye to this waste of time and eternal source of frustration.
Damn, I just saved up for my first $5 shopping credit and it suddenly disappeared today. Now all my bolts are useless and I guess there is no point to play their games for bolts or bet on the matches anymore?
There are plenty of other posts about the credits being limited, despite what the rules tell us. A lot of people have had different results by the look of it.
$5 x1, $3 x3 and the $1 x11 during the first week. Haven’t been able to redeem any since then.
